Order Processing
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping
We ship throughout the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (where selected): 1–2 working days
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking
Where a tracked service is used, tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, delays caused by Royal Mail, severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.
